Robyn Thompson is an expert in retailing houses for cash. Robyn’s company deals in acquiring, renovating, and then selling multifamily and single-family homes. She is one of the nation’s leading experts on buying, renovating, and selling homes for chunks of cash and is known throughout the United States and Canada as “The Queen of Rehab”.

Robyn has been able to record phenomenal growth for her company by utilizing excellent techniques for reducing costs. She retails homes along scientific and analytical lines. Her strategies help in reducing renovating costs and time, getting good buyers, reducing holding time to a minimum, and expediting closings.

Robyn says “I have become financially independent renovating houses, and you can do the same; however, if you aren’t prepared, the process can become completely overwhelming. Robyn will be the speaker at the Monday, February 19th meeting of the Shreveport Bossier Real Estate Investors Association (SBREIA) meeting, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Keller Williams Real Estate office at 795 Brook Hollow Drive, in Shreveport LA, 71105.

Robyn will be sharing her strategies on: 1) How to find the profitable homes that need renovation, 2) How to find and control the contractors to get the job done and 3) Selling houses quickly for chunks of cash.

Robyn will return on Saturday, February 24th (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to present a one-day educational workshop at the Marina Bay Clubhouse at 5713 Clubhouse Dr. in Shreveport, where she will go into depth on:

Cost for the Saturday workshop is $20.00 for SBREIA members and $30.00 for non-members.
